Draftsman / Project Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary:

A valid driving license is required for occasional site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD for racking and shelving systems.
• Interpret project specifications, site measurements, and technical documents to produce accurate design drafts.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assist in project planning and installation supervision.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Revise drawings as needed based on client feedback and site changes.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify design concepts and project details.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in the racking & shelving or related industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
• Valid driving license (required for site visits).
• Diploma or degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
