Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service and market expertise.

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Negotiate and finalize deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and present sales agreements, contracts, and relevant documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
• Build and maintain a strong client base by delivering exceptional service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other agents, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the Dubai market.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in UAE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and achieving sales targets.
• Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic real estate environment in Dubai.
