We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive - Transguard Living to join our Transguard Living and Kitchen Maintenance Solutions team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope: Account Executive Transguard Living is involved account development, BU growth, and revenue generation across defined Geography and Service Lines. This role involves implementing strategies to identify new opportunities, engage clients, drive revenue growth & sales, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Able to increase revenue from existing clients whilst focusing on driving new business from our core service lines of Fix (AMC's/HVAC/MEP), Clean & Move with a sub responsibility level to ensure contract renewals across existing customer base and drive client satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Financial
  • Engage with the business development & strategy execution driving revenue
  • Conduct research to understand projects, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the home services and facilities management sector
  • Use lead generation & account management techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that BU & individual goals are being met
  • Track all business generated, invoices and payments to ensure correct measurement against individual targets
  • Seamlessly manage the commercial needs of the business versus the operational needs of the client
  • Deliver on sales targets across our core Service Lines of Fix, Clean & Move
Customer
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify potential business opportunities and implement actions to position the company with a competitive edge
  • Responsible to negotiate contracts and terms that benefit the organization while also satisfying the needs of the client or partner
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for potential clients (B2C) during meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Meet or exceed targets for client outreach activities, including calls, meetings, and appointments, while achieving annual sales, ad-hoc & renewals goals
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Proactively engage with Bids & Tenders internal team to ensure relevant portal based RFQ's are funneled into BU, assist with managing the entire bid process from a BU perspective including surveys, pricing, and submission
Process
  • Ensure the maintenance and regular updating of service offering packages and customer account plans
  • Ensure operational capacity during sales process to ensure we BU can deliver clients expectations
  • Maintain a detailed database of prospective clients using CRM tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce)
  • Maintain strict adherence to contractual, legal, and legislative obligations always
  • Provide accurate contract information to the operations team and Call Center to ensure efficient service delivery for new and renewed contracts
  • Ensure compliance with the company's branding policy in all submissions and business proposals, both internally and externally
  • Be involved with training junior sales professionals and help improve their skills
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Innovation
  • Proactively engage with the innovation and digital transformation initiatives for the division, identifying and implementing new technologies and process improvements
  • Be open to the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance client engagement, service delivery, and internal efficiency
Selection Criteria
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, preferably within facilities management or related industries.
  • Understanding of AMC's, HVAC, MEP & Cleaning sectors would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum English Language Level (by Transguard Group Standards)
  • Proven track record in managing accounts, driving sales & revenue, managing financials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated interest in driving innovation and implementing digital transformation projects.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with executives at all levels, including VIP clients.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software like salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
