Job Description:- Lead maintenance team, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee budgets, inventory, and manage external service providers.
- Track maintenance activities, generate reports, and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related field
- Proven maintenance management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
