Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment solutions and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RPO and staffing domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized recruitment solutions.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close business deals with high professionalism.
• Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPO, staffing, or recruitment sales.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
