Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cards Business Analyst to join our team for a strategic . This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations throughout the Cards Reconciliation process, understanding and enhancing the Cards E2E (End-to-End) Journey, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize card issuance and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cards Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile all card transactions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Vision Plus: Experience working with Vision Plus systems, supporting card issuance, payments, and other card management functions.
• Cards E2E Journey: Understand and support the full lifecycle from Card Issuance to Dispatch, including identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Basic SQL Knowledge: Ability to work with basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies in card operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 9+ years in business analysis with a focus on cards systems.
• Strong knowledge of Cards Reconciliation, Vision Plus, and Card Issuance & Dispatch.
• SQL proficiency (basic knowledge required) to run queries and analyze card data.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or card industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of the card payment ecosystem and associated regulations.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business improvement.
