Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing forklifts, troubleshooting issues, performing field services, and providing excellent customer service.Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.
Qualifications- Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and conducting regular maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience in providing Field Service support at customer locations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Certification or training in forklift maintenance is a plus
- Previous experience in the industrial equipment sector is advantageous
