Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections based on facility management checklists and submit reports
- Respond to various issues such as defects, damage, and operational errors
- Manage environmental cleanliness
- Take full responsibility for safety and security management of the promotion hall, including safety training
- Inspect sound systems, lighting, LED, TV displays, projectors, and other equipment, and submit reports
- Provide technical support before and after events
- Continuously update the asset/equipment list and check actual equipment locations
- Establish and implement safety measures for hazardous work
- Establish response measures for emergency situations
- Improve and implement safety management manuals by zone and by equipment type within the promotion hall
- Operate safety maintenance for stage facilities, lighting, sound, and display equipment
- Perform focused maintenance once a month on facilities and equipment with high risk of personal injury
- Manage CCTV, security doors, and rolling shutters
- Check operation and shut down all equipment before and after daily operating hours
- Respond to and resolve equipment or device malfunctions and defects
- Conduct pre-event safety training for operational staff
