Job Description

A leading bank in Dubai is seeking a Treasury Sales Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in financial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored treasury solutions to corporate and institutional clients. This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and propose appropriate treasury solutions
• Monitor market trends and economic developments to support client strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams including trading, risk, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and UAE Central Bank regulations
• Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to revenue growth targets

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in treasury sales or a related financial markets role
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA, ACT, or CTP (preferred)
• Understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations (preferred)
• Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Proactive, analytical, and client-focused approach
