Job Summary : Seeking a dependable and experienced professional from Finance, Treasury & Administration to manage the companys financial operations and administrative backbone. This multifaceted role encompasses end-to-end finance management including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, treasury and vendor control, as well as travel coordination, office management, government compliance, and general administration for a fast-paced real estate giant in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Bookkeeping- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements.
- Monitor and manage tax filings and statutory payments (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and liquidity management.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and favourable terms.
- Negotiate banking facilities such as loans, overdrafts, and credit lines.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents to banks (e.g., stock statements, financial reports).
- Monitor interest rates, bank charges, and optimize banking costs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for fund requirements and ensure timely disbursements.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports including cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to treasury and banking
- Handle end-to-end vendor management onboarding, contracts, payments, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely renewals of business licenses, trade certificates, tenancy contracts, and other statutory registrations.
- Oversee documentation and compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Travel & Logistics: Manage flights, hotel, VISA, and transport bookings for employees and Management. Identifying cost effective hotel options and get the corporate tie ups done.
- Office Upkeep: Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of office facilities.
- Asset & Service Management: Coordinate with vendors for IT support, utility services, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Car Hiring & Leasing: Arrange and manage car rentals or leasing for business operations and employee travel.
- Registrations & Certifications: Maintain up-to-date records and renewals for trade licenses, industry certifications, and real estate regulatory filings.
- Document Control: Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for financial, legal, and HR-related documents.
Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. (CA Inter / ACCA preferred)
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in real estate, construction, or start-up environments in the UAE.
Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT laws, IFRS, and treasury operations.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP HANA, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or equivalent) and MS Excel
