Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting clients interested in acquiring high-end properties in Dubai
• Building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their real estate goals, and delivering customized solutions
• Supporting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Developing and maintaining your own network of buyer leads to contribute to company growth
• Conducting in-depth market research, evaluating projects, and staying informed on market trends
• Utilizing the company's CRM system for effective task management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market with strong market knowledge
• Expertise in the primary off-plan property market
• Demonstrated success in premium off-plan property sales
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanour
• High professional ethics
• Ability to foster strong client relationships
• Self-driven and proactive approach
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle considered an advantage

Basic salary + high commission. percentage
