Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive to support and enhance their digital infrastructure, with a focus on CRM management, automation, and website optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT operations, particularly in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and usability across platforms.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in High Level (GoHighLevel) CRM, though not required.
- Oversee and support the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) across teams.
- Implement and monitor workflow and marketing automation to streamline operations.
- Manage and update company websites to ensure performance, user experience, and SEO alignment.
- Build, test, and optimize funnels for lead generation and conversion in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues quickly and efficiently.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to identify digital needs and deliver tech-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of IT experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot); GoHighLevel CRM experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools and basic system admin functions.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS); basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Familiarity with funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage tech priorities in a fast-paced environment.
