Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for preparing different assigned section activities, verifying the completeness of supporting documents and the accuracy of information to ensure internal control are applied.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement the Finance Departments set policies and procedures and comply with the companys other policies and abide by the international financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts for business units or departments.
• Gather, analyse, and report on financial performance against budgets and historical data.
• Maintain and update financial models to support decision-making and business planning.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process by providing necessary financial data and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to validate financial assumptions.
• Monitor key business KPIs and assist in identifying trends or irregularities.
• Support cost control initiatives and contribute to margin analysis or cost optimization studies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in finance or any related field
• Professional certification such as CFA, CMA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or related field
