Position Overview
The FP&A Manager will be a strategic business partner responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across all of TruKKers markets. This role will play a pivotal role in enabling executive leadership to make data-driven decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability.This is not a traditional FP&A roleit is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Group Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Lead the development and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans across all operating countries.
- Partner with business unit heads to translate operational strategies into measurable financial outcomes.
- Develop cost control frameworks and budgeting guidelines for consistent regional execution.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Create real-time dashboards, management reports, and variance analysis across revenue, cost, and profit centers.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews to senior leadership and board.
- Track key business KPIs (utilization, yield, cost per trip, margin by vertical/region).
- Strategic Business Partnering
- Support strategic initiatives including pricing strategy, geographic expansion, capacity planning, and capex evaluation.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and technology teams to evaluate project-level ROI and efficiency metrics.
- Participate in strategic modeling for market entry, service innovation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Forecasting & Scenario Modeling
- Build robust forecasting models to simulate revenue growth, unit economics, and market shocks.
- Lead sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to inform leadership decisions on resourcing, expansion, and M&A.
- Tools, Systems & Automation
- Drive implementation of advanced FP&A tools (Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, etc.) across the group.
- Lead automation of budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes to improve speed and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and harmonization of finance systems across countries.
- Investor & Board Reporting
- Support CFO and investor relations with data-backed storytelling, board decks, and fundraising models.
- Provide data-driven insights for investment pitches, due diligence processes, and board meetings.
Successful Applicant
Education- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA / CFA / CPA / CA preferred (Tier 1 institute or global recognition is a strong plus).
- 710 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Experience in a high-growth environment (logistics, tech, e-commerce, or asset-light businesses preferred).
- Multi-country/regional exposure (especially GCC or MENA) is highly desirable.
- Deep proficiency in financial modeling, business forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong command of Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other reporting/visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and C-suite.
- High attention to detail, financial rigor, and analytical depth.
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and data-led experimentation.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ownership-driven, intellectually curious, and hands-on.
