Job description:

Recruiting Operations Management-

Drive end-to-end recruitment by partnering with engineering and product leaders, screening candidates, coordinating technical assessments, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Workforce Planning & Forecasting-

Analyze staffing supply vs. demand, forecast talent needs, simulate delivery impact, and manage team structures aligned with project timelines and business priorities.

Recruitment Performance & Vendor Coordination-

Monitor recruiting SLAs, maintain dashboards, track hiring metrics, and collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless recruiting operations.

Reporting & Data Analytics-

Generate accurate, periodic reports on workforce metrics, capacity planning, productivity, and performance trends to enable data-driven decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Insights-

Leverage analytical models to enhance forecasting accuracy, suggest process improvements, and provide actionable insights on hiring trends and resource utilization.
