Procurement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our thriving construction company in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of quality materials and services at competitive prices to support our project goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery and optimal pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and subcontractors to secure advantageous agreements.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with project needs.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate new suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to support budgeting and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards in all procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Procurement Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and market dynamics in UAE.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
