Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The Sales Coordinator will manage and streamline sales operations, support the sales team, coordinate client orders, and ensure exceptional customer service.Responsibilities include liaising with clients, monitoring order status, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Sales with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the printing and packaging industry is a plus but not required
