Sales - Interior Design

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing interior design firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong client relationships to drive business growth in a competitive market.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, exhibitions, and client referrals.
• Present and sell interior design products and services to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the interior design industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with project managers, estimators, architects and designers to ensure project progress and timelines are presented to clients.
• Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the execution team and follow up on project progress when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the interior design or related sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
