Our client, a luxury holiday home company, is seeking an experienced business development manager to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.
Your responsibilities- Identify and secure premium properties for short-term rental
- Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers
- Work independently to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team; you wonu2019t execute campaigns, but you must understand their process, strategy, and tools
- Proven success in business development within real estate, property management, or short-term rentals
- Strong network within Dubaiu2019s premium property market
- UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentalsu2014not to execute, but to effectively collaborate and align with the marketing team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
