Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Telesales with a strong real estate background to support our sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound real estate leads, qualifying prospects, promoting property offerings, and scheduling meetings and viewings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, solid knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to convert leads into qualified opportunities

Major Tasks /Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Qualification:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries from online portals, marketing campaigns, and walk-in leads.
  • Qualify leads based on client requirements such as budget, location, property type, and urgency.
  • Maintain an organized follow-up process to ensure no lead is missed.

Telesales& Client Engagement:

  • Promote available properties, new launches, and ongoing projects to prospective clients.
  • Clearly explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
  • Build strong relationships with potential buyers through professional and persuasive communication.

Follow-Ups & Appointment Scheduling:

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture interest and close appointments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, property viewings, and site visits with the sales team.
  • Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to sales consultants.
Real Estate Market Knowledge
  • Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Understand RERA guidelines and basic real estate compliance to provide accurate information to clients.

Data & Reporting:

  • Accurately record call details, lead status, and follow-up notes in the system.
  • Prepare daily and weekly telesales activity reports including calls made, appointments booked, and conversions.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs related to call volume, lead qualification, and appointment closures.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 23 years of experience as a Telesales Executive in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Proven experience handling real estate leads from portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of RERA regulations and real estate terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or lead management systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
