Job Description

As a Creative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and visual identity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional content
• Develop and design digital assets that align with AHS's luxury branding and positioning
• Conduct market research to identify design trends and customer preferences in the luxury real estate market
• Support the creation of engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance marketing initiatives
• Assist in maintaining the company's visual standards and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies to oversee creative projects and ensure timely delivery
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies
• Provide input and support for events, exhibitions, and presentations, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a creative role, ideally within luxury real estate, advertising, or related industries (7 years)
• Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design projects reflecting creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, INDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
• Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A passion for luxury design and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation is a plus
