KILONEWTONS is hiring a professional ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to provide high-level support to our executives in Abu Dhabi. Youll be the organizational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare documents (reports, presentations, correspondence)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as liaison between executives and staff
- Organize company events and meetings
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Process expenses and prepare reports
- Greet visitors and manage office supplies
- 5+ years UAE experience in executive support
- Advanced proficiency in:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Google Workspace
- Calendar management tools
- Excellent abilities in:
- Business correspondence
- Minute-taking
- Data entry/management
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration
- Certification in Office Management
