Job Description

KILONEWTONS is hiring a professional ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to provide high-level support to our executives in Abu Dhabi. Youll be the organizational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare documents (reports, presentations, correspondence)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as liaison between executives and staff
  • Organize company events and meetings
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Process expenses and prepare reports
  • Greet visitors and manage office supplies
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years UAE experience in executive support
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Google Workspace
  • Calendar management tools
  • Excellent abilities in:
  • Business correspondence
  • Minute-taking
  • Data entry/management
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • Certification in Office Management
