Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The Finance Department supports the airline's operational, commercial and strategic goals by ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting and data-driven decision‑making. It manages end-to-end financial activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning, Treasury, General Accounting and Outstation Finance, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective cash management, accurate revenue recognition, and long‑term financial sustainability across the network.
About The Role
This 12-week rotational internship program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and reporting processes at flydubai. The intern will gain exposure to different financial functions, develop MS Office skills, and contribute to real-time tasks and reconciliations.The program offers hands-on experience across various finance departments, guided by experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist team members with ongoing tasks, projects, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support departmental objectives.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, presentations, and trackers.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and briefings, and capture key actions or learnings when required.
- Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth workflow.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, time management, and a strong willingness to learn
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly at all times.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation at the end of the internship outlining the department overview, key learnings, and any new ideas, improvement opportunities, or recommendations that could be considered for implementation
- High school diploma or equivalent a must.

Isr Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations
