About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled HRIS Executive to join our People & Culture team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Employee Culture & Engagement- Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence).
- Manage day-to-day system issues, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides for HR teams and end users.
- Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements (UAT, deployments).
- Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM.
- Technical Proficiency Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence).
- Experience in documentation (SOPs, BRDs), User Acceptance Testing and End User training.
- Familiarity with HR system integrations is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
