Employment: Full Time

Our client is building an impressive marketing department to scale their global brands and high-end medical services. They are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead their web development, CRM integration, digital infrastructure, and AI-driven marketing systems.

This is not just a tech job – it’s a strategic position at the heart of a fast-growing international group with offices in Istanbul, London, Tirana, and now Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Web Development & Management
  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap, Shopify, WordPress).
ii. Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and child themes using Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, WPML, Polylang, ACF, Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and more.
iii. Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and multilingual functionality.
iv. Connect websites with HubSpot and manage technical integrations.
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve all front-end and back-end issues.
  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  1. Perform full SEO audits, implement on-page/off-page improvements.
ii. Manage backlinks, local SEO, schema markup, and keyword optimization.
iii. Use advanced tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  1. Server & IT Infrastructure
  1. Oversee hosting, DNS, server configurations (cPanel, WHM).
ii. Install SSL, manage server security, uptime, and performance.
iii. Provide IT support for the team and manage internal systems (e.g., AD servers, email setups, etc.).
  1. Database & Systems Management
  1. Manage MySQL databases, write SQL queries, optimize data flows.
ii. Ensure secure backups, data integrity, and performance.
  1. CRM & Marketing Automation
  1. Manage HubSpot CRM integrations (forms, workflows, landing pages, email templates).
ii. Sync websites and social media platforms with HubSpot.
iii. Use tools like Mailchimp or Elastic Email for email marketing campaigns.
  1. Tracking & Conversion Optimization
  1. Install and manage tracking codes (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads).
ii. Set up event tracking, conversion funnels, and campaign reporting.
  1. AI Tools & Digital Innovation
  1. Identify and implement AI tools for automation, content creation, and UX improvements.

ii. Train team members on AI applications and digital transformation practices.

Requirements:

Requirements
  • Minimum 4–5 years proven experience in full-stack web development and digital systems management.
  • Mastery of WordPress, HubSpot, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong grasp of server configurations, domains, DNS, SSL, and MySQL.
  • Experience in a high-performance, fast-paced marketing or tech environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and train other team members.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (C1 level required). A third language is preferred.

Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
