We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional with strong technical knowledge in industrial shutdown, maintenance, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing contracts, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in heavy industries such as oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in shutdown and maintenance projects across heavy industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine sectors.
• Lead the tendering and bidding process, including preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and operations) to ensure project feasibility and execution alignment.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure client expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline, and market trends.
• Work independently to achieve sales targets and expand the company's footprint in the shutdown & maintenance sector.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
