Overview

Support management in defining, monitoring and updating activity strategy.

• Define or update the organization and sizing of the technical support team in accordance with projects expectations and department strategy.
• Ensure that units are operated safely and efficiently by providing adequate support in terms of documentation, Management of Change, Root Cause Analysis and Incident reports review and approval.
• Maintain relevant certification at HQ level (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, Document of Compliance).
• Provide support to MMO manager and project managers in terms of HSE, Project Control, Contract, Human Resources, Quality and Procurement.
• Provide support to budgets set up and financial reviews.
• Participate in MMO business development by supporting bids.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing technical support teams, and a solid understanding of project objectives and contract requirements. They should be proficient in safety and quality standards and capable of supporting various project management functions.
