QHSE Engineer

• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and quality across all operations.
• Provide training and support to staff on QHSE practices and emergency preparedness.
• Analyze risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on QHSE performance to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QHSE Engineer or in a similar role within the Facilities Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards applicable in the UAE.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lead audits and develop effective corrective action plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in QHSE software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
