Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Staffing Associate (Internship)

Start Date: June 1^st 2025; Duration: 3 to 6 months

Synchrony connects top independent consultants and interim executives with leading organizations across the GCC, enabling them to hire highly qualified experts on demand for strategy, transformation, and investment projects.

The Role:

We are seeking a people-focused, tech-savvy and organized intern. In this role, you will help grow our consultant community, manage our database, and support staffing efforts to match consultants with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grow the consultant database by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new independent consultants and interim executives.
2. Leverage technology (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEO tools) to expand consultant outreach and visibility.
3. Keep the consultant database organized and up to date using Zoho HR or equivalent tools.
4. Assist in matching qualified consultants to the right project opportunities based on client needs, expertise, and availability.

Qualifications:

1. Passionate about human connections, empathic with great interpersonal skills.
2. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for outreach and data management.
3. Organized with attention to details.
4. Prior internships in recruitment or talent acquisition.
5. Strong sensitivity to the Middle East.
6. Top-tier business school background (Human Resources, Management, or related major preferred).
