Main Purpose of Job
Direct comprehensive departmental strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with SPIMACO's corporate vision. Champion departmental innovations, oversee team performance, and contribute significantly to SPIMACO's strategic milestones.
Strategic Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies within the department
- Oversee departmental operations and ensure alignment with SPIMACO's vision
- Manage team performance and development
- Foster collaboration within and across departments
- Ensure departmental compliance with regulations and company policies
- Develop market access strategies to secure favorable reimbursement and formulary positioning across target healthcare sectors.
- Lead pricing and access negotiations with governmental authorities, payers, and healthcare decision-making bodies.
- Monitor pharmaceutical market trends and policy changes impacting product accessibility and reimbursement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional market access initiatives aligning commercial objectives with regulatory and medical strategies.
- Manage health economics and outcomes research activities supporting product value propositions and reimbursement submissions.
- Establish stakeholder engagement plans strengthening relationships with healthcare authorities, payers, and strategic partners.
- Oversee market access performance indicators to evaluate pricing effectiveness and optimize commercial market penetration.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align access strategies with product launch objectives.
- Direct budget planning activities to ensure efficient allocation of resources supporting market access initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, pricing policies, and ethical standards across market access operations.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Preferred- Master's Degree. 2. Professional Certificate in relevant field.
Experience
Required
Minimum 15 years.
Preferred
6 years of experience at a `Senior Management` level.
Language
Required
English - proficient.
Preferred
Arabic - proficient.
Working Relations
Internal Interactions- Team Meetings: Directors hold regular meetings with their teams to discuss project updates, allocate tasks, and ensure progress towards goals
