We deliver world-class residential and commercial developments, driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a passion for creating inspiring spaces.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Director / Technical Director - Facade to join our team in Dubai, UAE, and lead the Facade design function across key projects in the region
Key Responsibilities- Lead façade design strategy across multiple large-scale developments
- Define façade design standards, technical guidelines, and performance criteria
- Oversee façade design development (concept, schematic, detailed design, and execution stages)
- Work closely with architecture, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration
- Review façade systems, materials, specifications, and technical submissions
- Ensure compliance with regional codes, performance requirements, and sustainability targets
- Manage and guide external façade consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design intent and quality
- Provide technical oversight during construction, mock-ups, and site execution
- Drive innovation in façade systems, materials, and building performance
- 15–20+ years experience in façade design / façade engineering
- Proven track record on large-scale, complex developments (high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong experience in the Middle East market is preferred
- Background from leading façade consultancies, contractors, or developer organisations
- Deep technical expertise in façade systems (unitised, stick, bespoke systems, etc.)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical levels
- Lead façade design on landmark, high-visibility developments
- Strategic, client-side leadership role
- Influence design direction and technical standards at the portfolio level
- Work within a globally recognised development platform
