Technical Engineer - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a skilled Technical Engineer – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support technical coordination, drawing reviews, project execution, and MEP engineering activities across large-scale developments

Responsibilities:

• Support technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in resolving technical and engineering-related issues on-site.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical submissions.
• Ensure coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project standards and authority requirements.
• Assist in material approvals, technical documentation, and project reporting.
• Maintain proper records of technical documents, revisions, and coordination activities.

• 3–10 years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
