About the job STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare accurate drawings, 3D models, and structural documentation for concrete and structural systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, MEP, Civil) to ensure model integration and clash-free designs.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
• Ensure BIM models comply with company standards, project requirements, and UAE codes/regulations.
• Provide technical support to the engineering and design teams regarding structural BIM processes.
• Assist in preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and standards.

Key Qualificaction:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on structural and concrete works.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Structural); knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, concrete detailing, and UAE building standards.
• Proven experience working on UAE projects.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
