We are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our UAE team in our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring business retention and developing the existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximizing customer profitability.This role involves active management of customer portfolios, revenue generation, risk management, and serving as the key customer contact point for the company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to deliver effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include managing after-sales activities such as creating collection cases and responding to client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. You will monitor key accounts, prepare regular performance reports, and work closely with the Finance team to resolve any invoice-related issues.
In addition, you will provide backup support for Account Managers in India and the UAE during their absence. Collaboration is key in this roleyoull work alongside Sales and Operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- 13 years relevant year in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
- Experience in the debt collection industry, insurance, brokerage, or financial services industry is preferrable.
- Proficient in English and Arabic is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to a strong team culture.
- Willing to take initiative and eager to learn and grow.
