Join our dynamic team in Dubai as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Bullion industry with a focus on KYC and AML compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing sector by providing essential administrative and operational support in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Assist the compliance team in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation and record-keeping.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external clients related to bullion transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and compliance audits.
- Prepare reports and assist with documentation required for regulatory submissions.
- Handle correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining professional communication standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- Strong understanding or willingness to learn about KYC and AML processes in the bullion industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with database management.
- Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in administrative roles within financial compliance or related sectors is preferred.
- Fluency in English, dditional language skills such as Arabic or Swahili are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Candidates from gold mining industry preferred.
Salary: AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
