A leading client in the international legal sector is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their high-performing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong legal secretarial experience to support senior lawyers in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-tier administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel.
- Handle document preparation, formatting, and correspondence (typing, editing, proofing).
- Organize legal documents for court and ensure timely filing.
- Coordinate billing, time entry (3E), and expense reimbursements (Chrome River).
- Maintain client and case records in digital and physical formats.
- Liaise effectively with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Support business development through accurate record-keeping in InterAction.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior legal secretarial experience, preferably in an international law firm or professional services firm.
- Strong client service mindset and ability to support business development activities.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Technically proficient in legal systems (Worksite, 3E, Deltaview) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typist (minimum 70 WPM).
- Experienced in email/calendar management, billing processes, and legal document workflows.
- Reliable, collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible with working hours and committed to high standards of performance and confidentiality.
