About the Role
We&aposre seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, producing engaging content, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the companys social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and support lead generation.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, visuals, videos, and infographics tailored to each platform and audience.
- Brainstorm and execute creative content concepts that drive engagement, spark conversations, and build a strong community presence.
- Write compelling copy, captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action optimized for each platform and audience demographic.
- Monitor social media platforms for comments, mentions, and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive community engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to boost brand reach and authenticity.
- Track and evaluate social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future campaigns.
- Produce regular performance reports and presentations highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of social media trends.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in social media or digital marketing are a plus.
- +4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or brand-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Metricool.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and on-brand content.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead in the digital space.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is essential.
