Brand and Social Media Marketing Executive
Job Description
The role is to build and grow a consistent brand presence across social media and CRM channels by creating engaging content, driving user engagement, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy. The role supports awareness, retention, and loyalty through targeted campaigns and communications.The role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, user engagement, and campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
Job Responsibilities :
Support the development and execution of the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
Assist in crafting and maintaining a strong brand identity, tailored for a digital-first audience.
Manage the social media agency and oversee planning, content creation, and reporting across
platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Execute advertising campaigns to the target audience with prior experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Buffer and others.
Assist in market research and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Lead the CRM content strategy and execution, including email, push notifications, and in-app
messages.
Work closely with creative teams to develop assets for brand campaigns and CRM communications.
Analyze performance metrics for both social and CRM channels, providing insights and optimizations.
Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and user behavior.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support influencer campaigns, activations, and brand engagement initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with proven work across brand, social media, and CRM.
Prior experience working with leading e-commerce brands or high-growth digital platforms is required.
Experience developing and managing brand identity for e-commerce or app-based businesses.
Familiarity with tools like Braze, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma, or social scheduling tools.
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of campaign performance metrics.
Education:
A bachelors degree in marketing, Business, digital media, communications or a related discipline is required.
A Masters degree business administration (MBA), marketing, communications, digital media, or equivalent in a related field is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) is an advantage.
Tableau or Power BI Certification (for CRM data visualization and reporting) is preferred.
