Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our crypto exchange team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring a seamless experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining high service standards.

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support to users via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Assist customers with account issues, deposits/withdrawals, KYC verification, and trading-related queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
• Monitor support queues and ensure all requests are handled within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and technical teams to resolve user issues.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on platform features, crypto market trends, and internal processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support within crypto services.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, exchanges, wallets, and basic trading concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
• Ability to handle high-volume support environments and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
• Proactive, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience)
