Position Overview

The Service Specialist/Engineer/Technician is responsible for providing highquality technical support, maintenance, and customer service for concrete machinery and related equipment. This role ensures efficient machine operation, supports spare parts sales, and collaborates closely with the sales and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Handle the receiving, delivery, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of concrete machinery and equipment.
• Conduct customer visits, follow up on service pipelines, and support the achievement of spare parts sales targets.
• Perform machine debugging, collect technical service information, and prepare accurate service reports.
• Manage inventory, including spare parts handling, stock monitoring, and documentation.
• Provide operation guidance and technical training to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair engine, chassis, hydraulic, and electrical faults as required.

• College degree or above; major in Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aftersales service, mechanical maintenance, or spare parts sales.
• Strong willingness to collaborate with an international team and maintain a positive, proactive work attitude.
• Handson experience in repairing engines and chassis is strongly preferred.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license is required.
