Job Description

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, forecasting, and reporting to support investment strategies and internal decision-making. This role is critical in maintaining financial compliance with regulatory capital, liquidity ratios, and financial disclosures as required by the SCA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and investment analysis to support portfolio and asset management functions.
• Analyze business performance and provide variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Track financial ratios (e.g., liquidity, capital adequacy) and ensure they meet SCA requirements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting financial reports to the SCA and other regulatory bodies.
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Work with external auditors and internal teams during audit and regulatory review processes.
• Support pricing, risk modeling, and financial due diligence for new investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Experience in the financial market from a financial company in role as financial analyst
• CISI exam as UAE financial rule and regulation Exam AND International certificate in investment and wealth management
• BA degree in any field
• Strong grasp of financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in financial tools and software (Excel, Bloomberg, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of regulatory financial reporting standards in the UAE (IFRS, SCA reporting rules).

Preferred:

• CFA/CPA
• SCA Approved Financial Analyst.
