The opportunity
Performing routine tests through a lean and flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the manage a team of commissioning engineers and ensure commissioning activities are implemented in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements and formulating plans, allocating resources, and overseeing development and implementation of processes to ensure compliance with contractual and financial targets
How You'll Make An Impact- Technical contribution as defining operating guidelines for teams and ensuring implementation. Oversees progress, provides technical guidance and ensures resolutions of technical issues within one's area of responsibility. Driving team performance to ensure delivery as per the parameters of time, safety and quality set in the contract. Customer and sales
- Ensuring delivery of technical solutions according to customer requirements. Negotiates with customers to define Plant Acceptance Criteria and ensures that the commissioning teams obtain final acceptance certification and representing commissioning function in project review meetings. Provide commissioning Estimations to sales and creating and support sales opportunities
- Planning and control ensuring that the commissioning team is adequately resourced, developed and equipped to meet business needs, ensuring correct assignment of tasks within the commissioning team, defines relevant performance metrics. Creates work plans and cost estimates for commissioning work.
- Technical leadership and development and facilitating best practice sharing within the commissioning team.
- Processes and tools develop and drive continuous improvement activities to improve processes, policies, procedures.
- Manages Implementation of commissioning design changes and the production of as built project documentation. Supports continuous improvement of project process and product and system design via provision of lessons learned feedback.
- Represents the Commissioning function at risk review meetings throughout the project life cycle. Conducting risk and opportunity assessments in real time during the commissioning phase to ensure safe implementation of the commissioning philosophy and identification of potential variation requests to support contract claims. Reports early any contract/quality/program/cost issues to management, along with recommendations for resolution.

- A bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of commissioning experience in Power and/or T&D industries.
- Customer and business oriented, strong communication skills and leading teams.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and Micro SCADA experience is a must, through knowledge of PCM 600, IET, ITT, and all tools used in SCADA commissioning.
- RTU knowledge is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
