Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Advantage Agent/Consultant - Arabic/European at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI). The role will include tasks such as sales, listing, leasing, development and consultancy services, real estate marketing, and investment advisory.This position is located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers.
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies, risks, and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developers.
- Provide clients with detailed information on payment plans, project timelines, floor plans, and legal processes.
- Host and attend property launches, viewings, and real estate exhibitions.
- Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, inventory, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads, manage CRM, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
