About The Role
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you'll support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Support onboarding (offers, visas, first-day setup)
- Assist with offboarding processes
- Respond to employee HR queries
- Support health insurance and benefits administration
- Liaise with external vendors
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws
- Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate events, training, and travel
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Ability to work independently
- HR experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with DMCC freezone regulations
