Kamel Pay is a Fintech company on a mission to provide simple, smart, and secure WPS payroll and value-added services for the unbanked and underserved workforce in the UAE. We work with employers to simplify salary disbursement and empower workers with easy-to-use financial tools.
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help us reach companies and workers through creative, meaningful, and data-informed marketing efforts.
Role Overview
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Team in executing day-to-day activities that build brand awareness, engage our audiences, and drive customer acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited to learn across multiple areascontent, digital, events, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating email campaigns to support sales outreach and customer engagement
- Must be willing to engage with users on the ground especially amongst blue collar workers to get feedback, insights and create real-time campaigns for upsell or x-sell.
- Help update and manage content across our website, APP, social platforms and client presentations
- Support the design and execution of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and onboarding pitchbooks
- Create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Help gather insights and performance data from digital campaigns (e.g., META, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
- Assist in organizing events and awareness activities for employers and their employees
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams to understand customer needs and align messaging
- 12 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role (internships count)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, or digital advertising
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or willing to learn quickly
- Good writing and communication skillsespecially for short-form copy, captions, or product descriptions
- Eagerness to learn new tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.) and marketing techniques
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Bonus: Familiarity with blue-collar worker demographics, WPS payroll, or fintech is a big plus
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Real-time hands-on experience on campaign management, including daily tracking of performance, collaboration, messaging and go-to-market plans
