We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Assist clients with property searches, viewings, and market analysis.
- Negotiate sales agreements, lease terms, and transaction details.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process from inquiry to closing.
- Prepare and manage contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners.
- Promote property listings through digital marketing and property portals.
- Commission-Based Structure
- 50% commission share on all successfully closed sales and leasing transactions.
- Attractive earning potential with no income cap.
- Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses may be offered.
