Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods, maintain accurate documentation, and support overall logistics performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems accordingly.
- Support inventory management and warehouse coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
