• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and production, to align efforts and achieve company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance plant performance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team, offering guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring a well-organized and accessible knowledge base for the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PLC engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with a strong understanding of automation systems.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, including SCADA and HMI, is highly desirable.
• Experience with rock crushing or similar heavy industrial processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
