Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Emirati Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role combines relationship-building skills with sales acumen to provide an excellent experience to our customers while meeting sales targets.The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Maintain proper documentation of sales and service activities.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in sales or customer service (fresh graduates may also be considered with strong communication skills).
Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
