Automation Tester

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Tester with strong Java programming skills and proven experience in building and executing automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG. The ideal candidate will have solid practical expertise in applying automation techniques in real-world testing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java and Selenium
• Implement automation frameworks (TDD, BDD, or hybrid) to support continuous testing
• Execute parallel and cross-browser tests efficiently
• Manage configurations, handle file operations, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Diagnose flaky tests and implement synchronization strategies
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure environment-agnostic automation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Java coding (arrays, strings, logic building, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG/Cucumber
• Practical understanding of BDD/TDD and automation best practices
• Experience with parallel test execution and framework scalability
• Familiarity with handling configuration files and test environment variations
